MONTANA MUD CAKE


ingredients

2 sticks margarine
2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cocoa
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/3 c. coconut
1 c. chopped pecans

preparation

Cream first 3 ingredients. Add eggs and vanilla. Add flour, then add coconut and pecans. Mix well. Bake in floured and greased 9 x 12-inch pan in 350° oven for 30 minutes. Pour a jar of marshmallow cream over cake and top with frosting.

Frosting:

ingredients

1 box powdered sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1 stick margarine, softened
1/2 c. pet milk
1 tsp. vanilla

preparation

Mix powdered sugar, cocoa, margarine, Pet milk and vanilla.
