1 stick butter
1- 8 oz. cream cheese
1 egg yolk
1 tsp. minced onion
1 sm. can mushrooms

Blend all ingredients. Spread on English muffins. Cut muffins in quarters. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
