3 1/2 c. Bisquick
1-lb. grated sharp cheese
1-lb. sausage, cooked and crumbled
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cayenne (optional)

Mix all ingredients with enough cold water to hold together. Shape into small balls; flatten. Bake at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
