"LITE" CRISPY/SPICY BAKED POTATOES
4 baking potatoes1/4 c. oil1 to 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese1/2 tsp. salt1/4 tsp. garlic powder1/8 tsp. pepper1/4 tsp. paprika
Cut unpeeled potatoes in wedges. Place skin side down in baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over potatoes. Bake 30 minutes at 375°. Stir occasionally.
