PAT'S ZUCCHINI APPETIZER

ingredients

3 c. diced unpared zucchini
1 c. Bisquick baking mix
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs, slightly beaten

preparation

Preheat oven to 350. Grease oblong pan (9x13x2 in.) Mix all ingredients. Spread in pan. Bake until golden brown about 25 minutes. Cut into pieces about 1 x 2 inches. Makes about 2 dozen appetizers.
