Spring Pasta Salad
Ingredients:
12 oz. bag red and green spiral pasta (cooked and drained)
1 1/2 c. cooked chicken, chopped
1 c. broccoli flowerettes
1/2 c. sliced red bell pepper
1 c. sliced zucchini
1 diced tomato
1 c. chopped green onion
4 oz. can sliced black olives
1 tsp dill
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp sweet basil
1/4 tsp tarragon (optional)

Directions:
Mix the above ingredients well.  Make dressing.  Ingredients for dressing: 1 c. oil, 1/2 c. mayonnaise, 1 tsp pepper, 1/3 c. red wine vinegar.  Hand whip the dressing until smooth, then add to pasta and mix well.  Sprinkle 1/2 c. parmesan cheese over pasta.  Refrigerate for 12 hrs, stirring several times.
