The Best Shredded Barbecue Sandwiches
 
Ingredients:
2 lbs. beef chuck roast, cooked     1 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. ketchup                              1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 c. barbecue sauce                   1 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
2 c. chopped celery                       1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 c. water                                      1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. chopped onion                      1/2 tsp. salt
 
Directions:
Shred roast beef with fork, add all ingredients and simmer for 1 hour.
Serve on hamburger or hoagie buns.
