Ingredients:
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 lb. maple flavored sausage
1 Loaf small cocktail rye
1 large jar  Cheez Wiz

Directions:
Cook beef and sausage; drain.  Break up large chunks.  Mix ground beef and sausage in bowl.  Melt Cheez Wiz and mix well with sausage and beef in bowl.  (use enough Cheez Wiz to your taste).  Toast cocktail ryw to light brown.  Place tablespoon fulls of mixture on cocktail rye slices.  Broil 315 on cooking sheet till light brown and serve.  Can also freeze them before broiling by layering between wax paper sheets in container sealed ahead of use.  When ready to use place frozen on cooking sheet and broil 300 to 325 until light browned.  Serve - yummy!
