Mayonnaise Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:

2 cups flour

1 cup sugar

1/2 tsp. Salt

1/3 cup cocoa

1 tsp. Baking soda

2/3 cup mayonnaise

1 cup water

1 ½ tsp. Vanilla

 

 

Directions:

Sift dry ingredients; set aside.  Mix together mayonnaise, water and vanilla. Add dry ingredients and mix until well blended.  Bake in 13 x 9-inch greased pan at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes until cake tests done.  This is delicious with peanut butter frosting.
