5 large apples (green Granny Smith)
peeled and cut up.
1-1/3 c. Sugar
1 c. Flour
½ tsp. Cinnamon
2/3 c.Chopped pecans (fine)
½ c. Melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Spread peeled and cut up apples in buttered pie pan. Combine sugar,
flour and cinnamon, and then mix in pecans and stir in melted butter and
vanilla. Toss everything until mixture becomes crumbly. Sprinkle
over apples evenly. Bake in preheated oven at 400 degrees for approximately
30 minutes or until apples are soft and topping golden brown.
