Pam’s stuffed Chicken Dumplings

Ingredients:

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 can cream of celery soup

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 ½ cup cooked chicken (chopped)

½ cup chopped celery

½ cup chopped bell peppers

½ cup chopped green onions

2 cans biscuits

 

Directions:

Mix chicken, celery, bell pepper and green onions together.  Add salt and pepper to taste.  Roll biscuits out and stuff with chicken mixture.  Fold over and mash edges together with fork.  Heat soups together and then add dumplings.  Cook over low heat 20-30 minutes.  Add water to soups if it gets too thick

 

Variation: Put in 13x9 pan and pour soups over and bake 30-45 minutes at 350 degrees.
