Tennessee Hash

 

Ingredients:

2 Lb. Ground Beef

5 Medium Potatoes

½ Large box Velveeta Cheese

3 medium onions, sliced into rings

6 oz. Can evaporated milk

salt and pepper to taste

 

Directions:

Preheat over to 350 degrees.  Spray 2-quart casserole dish with Pam.  Press half the beef in  bottom of Pan.  Peel and slice 2 ½ potatoes and place over beef.  Salt and pepper.  Place ½ the onion rings over potatoes, then ½ the cheese cut into cubes over the onion rings.  Repeat layers all but the cheese.  Pour milk over potatoes.  Bake for 45 minutes.  Remove from oven and top with remaining cheese.  Bake another 15 minutes or until cheese is melted
