Sausage, Cheese, Egg Casserole

Ingredients:

1 lb. Sausage

6 eggs

2 c. milk

3 slices bread, cubed

1 c. grated sharp cheese

1 tsp. dry mustard

 

Directions:

Cook sausage and drain. Put cubed bread in 9”x9” casserole dish. Add sausage. Sprinkle cheese on top of bread and sausage. Beat eggs, milk and mustard together. Pour over bread mixture. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until a knife blade comes our clean.
