Wild Rice Casserole
Ingredients:
2/3 C. wild rice
3 C. water, salted
1# ground beef
2 Tbsp oil
1 Lg. onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
1 can mushroom (with liquid)
1 can mushroom soup

Directions:
Put rice in strainer and run water over it until water is clear.  Cook rice in salted water on low heat until tender (about 30 minutes).  Drain and run hot water over rice.  Brown beef in oil with onion, celery and seasonings to taste.  Add mushrooms with liquid and soup. Mix and bake in greased casserole at 350 for 45 minutes
