Peaches And Cream Cheesecake

Ingredients:
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. butter
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3 1/4 oz. pkg. vanilla pudding mix (not instant)
16 oz. can slice peaches. w/2 Tbsp. reserved juice
1/2 c. sugar
Sugar
Cinnamon

Directions:
Combine and beat for 2 minutes, baking powder, salt, butter, egg, milk and pudding mix.  Pour into a greased 9 inch pie plate.  Beat for 2 minutes cream cheese, sugar and 2 Tbsp reserved juice.  Spoon this mixture over the fruit.  Careful not to allow it to get to close to the edge.  Sprinkle on top with a mixture of 1 Tbsp. sugar and a 1/2 tsp. cinnamon.  Bake at 350 for 30 to 32 minutes.  Filling will appear to be soft, but will set as it chills.  Allow to chill in fridge for at least 4 hours.  Enjoy!
