Tater Tot Casserole (pg. 20)
2 lb. Ground turkey
¼ c. Chopped onions
1 can cream mushroom soup
1 can cream chicken soup
1 can kernel corn
1 package Tater tots
Directions:
In a 9 x 13 casserole pan, press ground turkey on bottom and sprinkle onion over meat. Mix both soups and shake over onion. Sprinkle corn over soups and stir lightly to mix corn with soups. Lay Tater Tots (still frozen) evenly on top of corn and soup layer. Bake, uncovered in a 375 degree oven for 45 minutes. MAKES A WHOLE MEAL!
