Chocolate Chip Banana Bread (pg. 39)

 

Ingredients

 

1 1/3 c. Mashed ripe bananas (2 large)

¾ c. Sugar

¼ c. Milk

3 Tbsp. vegetable oil

½ tsp. Vanilla

3 eggs

2-2/3 c. Bisquick

½ c. Semi-sweet chocolate chips

 

Direction

 

Heat over to 350 degrees.  Grease bottom of 9 x 5 x 3-loaf pan.  Combine bananas, sugar, milk, oil, vanilla and eggs in large bowl.  Stir in Bisquick and chocolate chips.  Pour into pan.  Bake 45-55 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.  Cool 10 minutes.  Remove from pan.
