Strawberry
Spinach Salad
Salad:
1 pkg. Fresh drained
spinach
1 head bibb lettuce,
washed, torn in bite sized pieces
1 pt. Fresh
strawberries, slice
½ c. Chopped pecans,
toasted
Dressing:
1/3 c raspberry
vinegar
¼ tsp. Salt
½ c. Sugar
1 tbsp. poppy seeds
2 tsp. Dried instant
minced onions
1 c. Canola Oil
Place
spinach lettuce strawberries and pecans in large salad bowl. Combine all dressing ingredients in small
bowl; mix with a wire whisk until salt and sugar are dissolved. Pour over the salad ingredients and
toss. Makes about 8 to 10 (2 cup)
servings.
