Pot Roast

 

Ingredients

 

4 Lb. Chuck roast or pot roast

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 envelope dry onion soup mix

1 ¼ c. Water

6 medium potatoes

6 carrots

 

Directions

 

Add water to slow cooker or a cooking bag.  Place meat in container; add soup and dry soup mix.  Cook until about done.  Peel potatoes and quarter.  Wash carrots and dice into big chunks.  Add to roast.  Cook until vegetables are done.
