Hot Dog Chili Sauce

Ingredients

2 lbs. Hamburger (fried & drained)

1 c. Chopped onion

3 Tbsp. paprika

½ tsp. Nutmeg

1 tsp. Pepper

1 Tbsp. garlic salt

1 or 2 oz. Chili powder (the 1 oz. is milder)

½ tsp. Clove

1 catsup, 14 oz.

3 c. Water

1 c. Milk

½ - ¾ c. Flour to thicken

Directions

Mix together and simmer 2 hours. For extra fine chili sauce, blend in food processor when cooled.
