Barbecue (page 20)
Ingredients:
1 large pork butt
2 (12 oz.) bottle chili sauce
½ c. ketchup
2 Tbsp. mustard
½ c. vinegar
½ c. brown sugar
Salt to taste
6 oz. Water
Directions:
Cook pork in water until tender. Pull apart and thread with two forks until it is in small pieces. Discard the broth or use it to cook potatoes, onion and celery. Mix chili, ketchup, mustard, vinegar, brown sugar, salt and water. Pour over meat and mix well. Simmer on low for ½ to 1 hour or until meat is flavored.
Serve on hamburger buns.
