Coke Cake

Ingredients:

3 Tbsp cocoa

1 can coke (less 6 Tbsp)

2 sticks butter or margarine

2 c. flour

2 c. sugar

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp vanilla

½ c. buttermilk

2 eggs

1 ½ c. small marshmallows

Directions:

Bring to a boil: cocoa, coke and butter. Mix together: flour, su8gar, baking soda, vanilla, buttermilk, beaten eggs and marshmallows. Pour hot mixture over dry ingredients. Bake in loaf pan at 350 for 35-40 minutes.

Icing:

3 Tbsp cocoa

6 Tbsp coke

½ c. butter

1 lb. Box powdered sugar

1 c. whole pecans

Mix cocoa, coke and butter together and bring to a boil. Pour over powdered sugar; mix and add pecans. Pour over hot cake
