Pepsi Pot Roast

Ingredients

1 – 3 to 4 lb. Pot roast

16 oz. Bottle Pepsi

1 can mushroom soup

1 pkg. Dry onion soup mix

Directions

Place the meat in a pan that can be covered tightly or use heavy foil. Spread the can of soup over the roast. Sprinkle on the soup mix. Pour the Pepsi over top. Cover pan tightly. Place in 325 degree oven for 3 ½ to 4 hours or 250 degree oven for 6 to 8 hours.
