Oven Fried Chicken

 

4       boneless chicken breasts or 1 cut up fryer

1 tsp salt

¼ tsp garlic

1 stick margarine

1/3 C. flour

1 tsp paprika

¼ tsp black pepper

 

Mix together flour and spices.  Roll chicken in mixture melt margarine in baking pan.  Place pieces of chicken, skin down, in hot melted margarine.  Bake @ 400 degrees for 45 minutes or until done.  Remove from pan immediately.
