Corn Fritters
1 can corn
2 eggs
½ c. flour
½ c. cornmeal
½ tsp. Salt
½ tsp. Pepper
1 Tbsp. Baking powder
Empty can of corn into bowl; add eggs and mix well. Add flour, cornmeal, salt, pepper, and baking powder. Mix well. Form into cakes and fry on grill with small amount of oil until brown, turn over and brown other side. Whole kernel corn or creamed can be used. Serve Hot !!
