Pam’s Carrot Cake

tsp ground cloves

large can crushed pineapple - drained

granulated sugar
1 C
brown sugar

tsp vanilla

carrots – coarsely chopped

C Quaker oats
1 C
walnuts – coarsely chopped
Beat
all ingredients except flour, oats, carrots and walnuts – add last – bake @ 250
degrees for 1 hour in 13 x 9 inch bundt pan.
Frosting:

ounce cream cheese – cold

Tbsp
grated orange peel
1 C powdered sugar
3 Tbsp orange juice
½ tsp orange extract
mix
all ingredients and frost cooked cake – as an option – finely chopped walnuts
may be sprinkled on sides of cake
