Carrot Cake

c. rice flour

c. sugar

tsp. salt

tsp. baking soda

tsp cinnamon
1 ¼
c. oil
4
eggs – beaten
3
c. carrots – grated
Mix
all ingredients above and pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan and bake for 30 minutes @
350 degrees.
