Casserole:

c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 stick butter or oleo

tbsp. vanilla

c. sugar

eggs
Topping:

c. light brown sugar

c. chopped pecans
1/3
c. butter or oleo
1/3
c. flour
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Boil 5 or 6
sweet potatoes to get the amount you need.
Boiling gives them moisture and makes them easier to peel. C
