JoAnn’s Macadamia Nut Chip Cookies

 

2 sticks Land O’ Lakes butter – softened

2/3 C light brown sugar – packed

˝ C white sugar

2 eggs – slightly beaten

1 tsp. Almond flavoring – not imitation

2 ˝ C sifted White Lily self –rising flour

1 (2oz) pkg chopped Macadamia nuts

1 (12oz) pkg Nestle’Toll House white morsels

1 C Heath Almond Toffee Bits

 

Cream together butter and sugars; add eggs and almond flavoring.  Beat together until well blended.  Add flour – ˝ cup at a time – blending well to make a stiff dough.  Add nuts, chips and toffee bits, stirring until well blended into the dough.  Drop by teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheet.  Bake at 350 degrees for 11 – 13 minutes until golden brown.  Makes approximately 4 ˝ dozen cookies.
