Holiday Stew

Ingredients

3 lb. Stew meat, browned

4 medium potatoes

1 or 2 cups carrots

1 c celery, cut up

1 meduim onion cut up

1 can tomato soup

1 can cream of mushroom soup

2 cups water

1 Tbsp. sugar

1 Tbsp. tapioca

Directions

Layer in three layers the meat, potatoes, onions, carrots and celery. Stir tapioca and sugar into soups and water. Pour over vegatables and meat. Cook at 250 for 6 hours or at 300 to 350 for 3 to 3 1/2 hours. Serves 12
