Crabmeat - Stuffed Chicken Breasts
Ingredients:
8 chicken breasts
7 Tbsp. melted butter, divided
2 tsp. seasoned salt, divided
1 tsp. each black pepper and paprika
1/4 c. chili sauce
2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans crabmeat, drained
3 slices white bread, cubed
1 tsp. poultry seasoning

Directions:
Brush chicken with 3 tablespoons butter and then sprinkle with about 1 teaspoon seasoned salt, pepper and paprika.  lay skin side up in uncovered baking pan.  Bake at 375 for 35 minutes.  In small saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons butter; stir in chili sauce.  Brush on chicken and bake for 10 minutes longer.  In large bowl, flake crabmeat. Be sure to pick out any crab shells.  thoroughly toss with bread cubes, poultry seasoning, 1 teaspoon seasoned salt and 2 tablespoons butter.  Remove chicken from oven; turn skin side down.  Pile crabmeat mixture onto each piece and pat slightly.  Bake chicken for 20 minutes longer.  Serves 8
