Scalloped Broccoli
 

Ingredients:
1 Pkg. (16 oz.) frozen broccoli cuts, cooked
1 c. wide egg noodles, cooked
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cheddar cheese soup
1/3 c. milk
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 Jar (2 1/2 oz.)  mushrooms
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1 Tbsp butter, melted

Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees.  Cook the broccoli and the noodles according to package directions; drain.  In a greased, 1 1/2 quart casserole dish, blend the milk and soup together until smooth.  Stir in the broccoli, noodles, shredded cheese, mushrooms and pepper.  combine the crumbs with the melted butter and sprinkle over the broccoli mixture.  Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.  Even the kids will love this!
