Directions:
1. Chop the celery and put in a large pot of boiling water. Boil 5
minutes and drain.
2. Refill pot with water and celery; bring to a boil.
3. Brown four in oil to the color of chocolate and add the onions.
This may be very thick. Add hot water. Then add this to the celery
and water; stir well and bring to a boil.
4. Add your parsley. Add your garlic salt. Add 3 Tablespoons
pepper (red and black). Add your bell pepper. Add your green
onions. Add 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce. Add water if needed.
Stir after. Add 3 Tablespoons sugar and Kitchen Bouquest to color.
5. Add your shrimp that have been cooked, deveined and cut in half.
Add the crab meat.
6. Last add your Progresso bread crumbs
