Cream Puff Cake

 



Ingredients:
1 stick margarine
1 cup water
3 boxes instant vanilla pudding
1-8 oz. Pkg. cream cheese
4 cups milk
1 cup flour
4 eggs
1-8 oz. cool whip

Directions:
Pour one cup water in saucepan. Add margarine, bring to a boil, add flour, stir until well mixed.  Remove from heat, let cool 2 minutes.  With a wooden spoon, beat in eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.  Spread mixture into a greased 9x13 baking pan.  Bake in preheated 4000 degree oven for 30-35 minutes, do not over bake.  Let cool completely.  Combine pudding mix softened cream cheese and milk, mix well, pour mixture into cooled crust.  Cover with cool whip, refriferate.
