Butch's Grilled Pork
Ingredients:
1/2 c.vegetable oil
3 c. coarsely chopped onions
1 Tbsp finely chopped garlic
1/4 c. hot sauce
2 Tbsp dry mustard
2 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp white vinegar
1 1/2 tsp salt
6 to 10 lb. pot roast (pork)

Directions:
Place mix in steel bowl; let soak in pan with roast overnight.  Prepare grill (hot);place pork on grill.  Cover and let cook for 2 hours; check every half hour.  Make sure lightly and evenly browned; watch for browning signs.  With pastry brush, spread on mixture the pork, soaked in on both sides.  Basting every 20 minutes, continue to barbecude until richly colored and glazed with sauce.
