Directions:
wrap one strip of bacon around rolled half of chicken breast, put 8
pieces of breast in a casserole dish which has been covered with one layer
of chipped beef. Mix sour cream and soup and pour over chicken.
Do not salt. Cook, uncovered, 3 hours in 300 degree oven. The
bacon and beef will be almost absorbed. The chicken will be crisp
brown on the outside and succulent inside. There will be a little
liquid in the pan.
