Tangier Oven-Baked Crab Meat
Ingredients:
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. 10x sugar
1 Tbsp. white wine
1/2 tsp. onion juice
1/2 tsp. mustard
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. Crazy Jane salt or plain salt
1 lb. crab meat
chopped parsley
mild grated cheese

Directions:
Mix all ingredients but crab meat, parsley and cheese together.  Gently fold in crab meat.  Grease a 9 inch pan; fill with mixture and sprinkle parsley on top.  Bake at 375 for 20 minutes.  Remove from oven and sprinkle with grated cheese; cover with foil and return to oven until cheese has melted.  This is a great main dish, and a wonderful hot crab dip!  The dish is always scraped clean!
