1 Cup sugar
1 cup powedered sugar
1 cup margarine(or crisco)
1 cup cooking oil
2 eggs
4 1/2/ cups flour
1 teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon cream of tartar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Combine sugar, powdered sugar, margarine and cooking oil. Beat well. Add eggs one at a time and beat well. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Drop small balls of dough on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten with fork. Bake 375 in pre-heated oven for 10-12 minutes. Dough is easier to work with if you refrigerate for a short time. Enjoy. |
