Children’s Hope International has created a Foundation specifically designed to provide humanitarian aid to children in need living in the countries that we are currently active in or have been active in the past. These countries include China, Russia, Colombia, Vietnam, Kazakhstan, India, Nepal, and Guatemala. One of the newest humanitarian aid efforts by the Foundation has been centered around building an active HIV/Aids program to help children who have been orphaned as a result of HIV/Aids or who are themselves dealing with the complications and issues that exist while living with the disease.
A part of the proceeds generated from every cookbook will be donated towards this effort. Thank you for doing your part in helping us to help the children.

Mix ingredients well in large 1 ½ lb. hamburger
bowl. Form into meatballs. ½ c. apple sauce
Place in shallow baking dish. 1 egg
Combine sauce ingredients and 2 c. corn flakes - don’t
pour over meatballs.

Bake 350° for 1 hour. After 30
½ tsp. garlic salt minutes baste meatballs with
1 small onion sauce.
Sauce:
1 can cream of mushroom

CHINESE EGGS
1.Melt butter with Teriyaki sauce 6 hard-boiled eggs, shelled
in a skillet. Add eggs and cook 2 Tbsp. butter
gently for 5 minutes, basting and 3 Tbsp. Teriyaki sauce
turning all the time until the eggs 2 tsp. green onions,
become dark brown.

2.Slice eggs on serving plate.
1 tsp. sesame oil Drizzle with sesame oil and
sprinkle with chopped green
onion.
