4-5 large onions, sliced and separated into rings
1 egg, beaten
1 c. milk
1 c. flour
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. parsley
1 c. oil
Make a batter of the egg and milk. Sift together the flour, garlic salt and parsley. Dip onions in batter and then in the flour. Drop onion rings into hot oil and cook until golden brown. |
