(Kid's Snack Treat)
1 c. margarine
1 c. peanut butter
1 c. chocolate chips
1 box Cripix/Chex cereal
3 c. powdered sugar
2 brown paper grocery bags
Waxed paper
Ziploc bags
Melt margarine, peanut butter, and chocolate chips. Pour over cereal mixture in large bowl. Gently fold/mix into double lined (2 grocery bags together) grocery bag, 2 cups powdered sugar and cereal mixture. Close bag and shake and tumble upside down for 2 minutes. Spread mixture on waxed paper and let cool. Use remainder of powdered sugar to sift over any cereal if needed. Store in Ziploc bags. Send many to school with kids to share with friends! |
