1 1/2 c.graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. butter, melted
3 bananas, sliced
1 pkg. cream cheese, softened
3 1/2 c. cold milk
2 pkgs. jell-o vanilla instant pudding
1 can crushed pineapple (drained)
1 tub cool whip, thawed
Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and butter in 13x9 inch pan.Press evenly in bottom of pan. Arrange banana slices on crust. Beat cream cheese in large bowl until smooth, gradually add milk, add pudding mix and beat until well blended. Spread evenly over banana slices. Spoon pineapple evenly over pudding mixture. Spread whipped topping over pineapple. Refrigerate 3 hours or until ready to serve. Make 15 servings. |
