2 c. cooked brown rice, cold
1/2 c. organic coconut
2 small organic onions, diced
1/2 c. organic water chestnuts, diced
1 c. organic mung sprouts
1/2 c. organic pecans, chopped
1 organic green bell pepper, diced
1 stalk organic celery, diced
Combine all ingredients and toss with dressing.
Dressing:
1/2 c. organic olive oil or canola oil
1 Tbsp. organic sesame oil
3-4 tsp. tamari soy sauce
1 organic lemon, juiced
1-2 cloves organic garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. organic ginger root, grated
Add all ingredients together and toss with salad. |
