Crust:
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 stick butter, melted
1 Tbsp. sugar
Press into 9x13 pan. Add filling and refrigerate.
Filling:
4 - 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 - 16 oz. cool-whip
1 lb. box powdered sugar
strawberries and glaze
Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add Cool Whip and beat until it loses its gloss (several minutes). Add glazed strawberries for topping. |
