RECIPE CATEGORY: Cakes, Cookies, and Desserts
INGREDIENTS
4 - 5 ripe bananas, sliced (about 3-½ cups)
2 sticks butter or margarine, divided
1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
1 box confectioner’s sugar
1 can crushed pineapple
1 lb. cut up strawberries
1 large 16 oz. whipped topping
1 cup pecans or walnuts
DIRECTIONS
Melt 1 stick butter or margarine and mix with graham cracker crumbs and press into baking pan. Melt 1 stick butter or margarine and mix with confectioner’s sugar; spread over graham crackers. If too thick, you can add a little bit of milk. Slice bananas over powdered sugar mixture. Drain pineapple and spread over bananas. Add strawberries. Cover with whipped topping. Garnish with cherries, nuts and drizzled chocolate.
