1 deep dish pie crust 1 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. softened butter 3 Tbsp. flour 3 eggs, beaten 1 c. buttermilk 1 tsp. vanilla
Preheat over to 350 degrees. Mix sugar and butter. Add flour and eggs. Mix well. Add buttermilk and vanilla. Mix well. Pour into unbaked pie crust. Bake for 55 minutes. |
