2 eggs
2 c. crushed pineapple
2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
2 c. sugar
Mix ingredients and bake for 25 minutes at 350°.
Topping:
1 c. sugar
1 stick margarine
1 small can evaporated milk
1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
Boil first 3 ingredients together for 2 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Pour over hot cake. (Melt in your
mouth good!) |
