1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. self-rising flour
3 eggs, well beaten,
3 Tbsp. butter melted
1 1/2 c. whole milk
1 tsp vanilla
Combine sugar and flour. Beat eggs until lemon colored, and blend in dry ingredients. Add melted butter and milk and mix well. Pour into a pastry shell and bake in a 375 degree oven for 30 minutes. Allow to set before serving. |
