1 lg. can white beans
1 jar salsa
2 c. cooked, diced chicken
8 oz. block Monterey cheese, shredded
Heat white beans (undrained) and jar of salsa in soup pot. Add chicken. When heated through, add cheese. Stir until cheese melts and serve. Garnish with sour cream and sliced green onions.
SNICKERS PIE
6 Snickers bars - chopped, (keep one aside for topping)
8 oz. cream cheese
16 oz. whipped cream
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. peanut butter
2 graham cracker crusts
Whip cream cheese and powdered sugar, then add remainder of ingredients and combine well. Pour into crusts. Refridgerate overnight. Decorate with sixth Snickers bar. |
