1 pkg. fresh cranberries
2 jalapeno peppers
1 Anaheim pepper
1 medium red onion
1/2 bunch cilantro to make 1/2 c. chopped cilantro
1/2 c. Splenda or sugar
2 8 oz. containers onion and chive cream cheese
Rinse cranberries off in colander and throw away any rotten cranberries. Blend cranberries in food processor until finely chopped. Place chopped cranberries in medium siz bowl. Remove tops and seeds from Anaheim and jalapeno peppers, cut into quarters and place in food processor along with cilantro and red onion. Process until finely chopped. Add peppers, onion, cilantro mixture to cranberries and sweetened with 1/2 cup sugar or Splenda. Put in refrigerator and chill at least 6 hours. Work cream cheese into a ball on a platter and cover with cranberry mixture. Serve with crackers. |
